When you find yourself in the dark swamp of despair, it’s important to surround yourself with people who are supportive and will help you climb up that hill. Having an environment that supports you is also crucial, it can be a co-working office (real or virtual) or having inspirational pictures or quotes in places where you will see them every day.

Having a coach or mentor is one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself and your business during tough times. I have helped many entrepreneurs through the emotional dark swamp and out on the other side where there’s light again.
