A bit about my background:
I’m a creative problem solver with a PhD in mathematics and computer science
I’m an agile practitioner with 13+ years of experience as a technical leader and software developer, always in hands-on roles between tech, people, and business.
I lead and participate in projects in tech startups and scaleups, that require a combination of technical knowledge, business understanding, people & culture.
In my work, I combine two worlds: the technical, rational and scientific with the human-oriented, caring and inclusive.
I combine a belief that having fun is efficient, while being serious about delivering on my promises.
I have the ability to create clarity and find simple solutions on the other side of complexity (I call this Simplexity). I value great collaboration and delivering quality.

In a tech startup/scaleup everyone is usually really busy, especially the leadership team. In the early years of a business, you need to spend a lot of time defining the work, the organisation and the structures while delivering value to your customers. All at the same time. So it makes sense to get outside help running some of your projects and expand your team for a few months.
